LOT 286, WESTLAND OAKS UNIT TWO-REPLAT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.
