NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. CACE-25-009067 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Research Center, LLC d/b/a Veterans United Home Loans, a Missouri Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Charles S. Brown, Jr. a/k/a Charles Swarger Brown, Jr. a/k/a Charles Swarger Brown, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Brenda D. Forman, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash WWW.BROWARD.REALFORECLOSE.COM AT 10:00 AM on June 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
