NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 10, 2026, entered in CASE NO.: CACE-25-015031 (25) of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Broward County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on JUNE 3, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102, BUILDING 7 OF THE LAKES OF OAKLAND FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AND ALL EXHIBITS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11570, PAGE 752, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
