NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 22, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE-22-005194, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for BROWARD County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JUAN A. VIRGUEZ; MARIA A. CAMARGO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNSET FALLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. BRENDA D. FORMAN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.BROWARD.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 4, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
