NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 29, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE-24-002209, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for BROWARD County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12, is Plaintiff and MIRNA DE LOS SANTOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALTAGRACIA RODRIGUEZ; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALTAGRACIA RODRIGUEZ, DECEASED; SONIA DE LOS SANTOS; SILOS DE LOS SANTOS; SIXFRIDO DE LOS SANTOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ARBOR KEYS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NADINE CAYEMITTE, LLC; are defendants. FORMAN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.BROWARD.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 9, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 29-F, BUILDING NO. 29 (AKA BUILDING NO. 4425), IN ARBOR KEYS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AUGUST 12, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 40285, AT PAGE 454, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
