YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to wit:
Unit 14B, Building 14, Phase 26, Twinleaf at Bartram Park Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 12845, Page 761, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 13258, Page 974, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 14547, Page 1157, as amended and restated by Amended and Restated Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 14617, Page 2200, and any amendments thereof, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all recorded in the Public Records of Duval County, Florida.
