YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in Duval County, Florida:
LOT 23, CEDAR NORTH, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 79, 79A THROUGH 79H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on:
SCOTT B. TANKEL, Esquire, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is: 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, FL 34698, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
