Condominium Unit No. 623, Parking Space NO. 23 and 28, and Storage Space No. S-75, The Grand Reserve Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 10012, page 109, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium in Official Records Book 10562, page 2156, of the current public records of Duval County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and all amendments thereof.
