Unit 361, LAKECREST, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 12496, Page 2257, of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida, together with the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration, and any amendments thereto.
