NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 10th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-010973, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING LLC, is the Plaintiff and SHERVON ATABA KAREEM JOSEPH A/K/A SHERVON JOSEPH; NATREVIA DONIELLE WEBBER; MOMENTUM SOLAR, LLC; OSPREY LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the defendants.
