NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 8, 2026 and entered in Case No. 16-2021-CA-005266, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for DUVAL County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2017-RPL3 TRUST is Plaintiff and PAMELA ALLISON TIBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA ALLISON TIBBS; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TRUIST BANK F/K/A BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; BEACHSIDE AT SEMINOLE BEACH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
