NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2026 and entered in Case No.: 2025-CC-004307, of the County Court in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff, SOLEIL HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC., Defendants, ASHLEY PAUL, et al., the Office of Kelvin Soto, Esq. Osceola County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room #204 in Osceola County, Kissimmee, Florida 34741 at 11:00 a.m. on JULY 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 96, SOLEIL AT WESTSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 49 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
