NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 27, 2026, in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-001502, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein, CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and JEREMY D. BALTHIS; DALZIRE M. HENRY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Kelvin Soto, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor,) Kissimmee, FL 34741 on MAY 27, 2026, at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 60 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK D, O'NEAL & OSBORN'S ADDITION TO KISSIMMEE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN THENCE WEST 82 FEET THENCE RUN NORTH 120 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 82 FEET, AND THENCE RUN SOUTH 120 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
