NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Osceola County Historic Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, FL 34741, in Room 204, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described real property:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BOBBIE JEAN ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 176, PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as address: 4421 Reaves Rd., Kissimmee, FL 34746 (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2025-CA-003252-MF in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interested in the surplus from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
