NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 1, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000099 in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein COSS LLC, LAKE WILSON RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANSICO OSOLEO, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARYORE ROA., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KELVIN SOTO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Osceola County Courthouse 2 Courthouse Square, Suite 2600/Room # 2602, Kissimmee, FL 34741 on July 28, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 133, OF LAKE WILSON RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7424 STONE CREEK TRAIL, KISSIMMEE, FL 34747 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
