To Defendants, RODRIGUEZ ASOCIADOS LLC and WYNDHAM LAKES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 21, 2025, the and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule Sale of May 11, 2026, all in Case No.: 48-2024-CA-010384 in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, in which ROTOR INVESTMENTS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RODRIGUEZ ASOCIADOS LLC, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Orange County:
Lot 65, Wyndham Lakes Estates Unit 6A, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 97, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
