NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 6, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025 13746 CICI in the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein HUNTER B. FERMIL, FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LAURA E. ROTH, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on June 24, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 3, PLAT OF ALLENWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 169, PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 130 HERNANDEZ AVE, ORMOND BEACH, FL 32174 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
