NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2026, and entered in Case No. CACE25-002507 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein THE MANORS OF INVERRARY CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and NARDLEY PRENDERGAST and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LENNOY PRENDERGAST are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com, Broward County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 18TH day of JUNE, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
