NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on June 25, 2025 and entered in Case No. CACE-24-007723 in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein RONALD BUCKHOLZ, SHAWN BUCKHOLZ, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, IGOR GOLOVANEVSKEY, SOUTH FLORIDA DOCK & SEAWALL, INC., WHOLESALE, INC., SEMINOLE TRIBE OF FLORIDA, A FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED INDIAN TRIBE., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://broward.realforeclose.com on June 25, 2026 at 10:00am the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
