NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2026 and Court Order entered in Case No. 2025-CA-008509 of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for PALM BEACH COUNTY, Florida. WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB is the Plaintiff and LUIS M. ACOSTA, VIRGINIA VARELA are the Defendants, Mike Caruso, the Clerk of Court for Palm Beach County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online instructions at 10:00 A.M. on August 26, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
