YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Palm Beach County, Florida, commonly known as 15540 89th Pl N., Loxahatchee, FL 33470, and more particularly described as:
The North 239 feet of the South 4930 feet of the West 458 feet of the East 3106 feet of Section 19, Township 42 South, Range 41 East, Palm Beach County, Florida; Subject to an easement for road and drainage purposes to Indian Trail Water Control District over the North 30 feet and the East 40 feet and also subject to an easement 185 feet in width to Florida Power and Light.
