NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 26, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE14020395, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for BROWARD County, Florida, wherein HOME FINANCING CENTER, INC is Plaintiff and JEAN G. CADET A/K/A JEAN CADET; MARIE W. CADET; YVELLE RAYMOND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVELLE RAYMOND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INDIAN KEY AT CORAL BAY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAS BRISAS AT CORAL BAY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
