NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2026, and entered in Case No. 052025CA054002XXCABC of the Circuit Court of the 18TH Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Ezra James; Unknown Spouse of Ezra James; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Brevard County Clerk of the Court will sell at 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Indiana 32781 at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 248, PORT MALABAR UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 142 THROUGH 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 535 Conover Avenue NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32907
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
