NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2025, and the Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 23, 2026 entered in Case No. CACE25-002801 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein ROYAL PALM AT PLANTATION CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARIO H. IXIM and ELIZABETH DEL CARMEN SEGOVIA are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com, Broward County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
