IXIM and ELIZABETH DEL CARMEN SEGOVIA are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com, Broward County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
