SMITH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD E. SMITH REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2025, is the Plaintiff(s) and JUICE IN TOWN LLC, a Florida limited liability company; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 15 day of July, 2026 at https://broward.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
