Lot 14, Block 1, of LEISUREVILLE FIRST SECTION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page(s) 9, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
Together with an undivided 1/148th fractional interest in Parcel C, Block 1, as described in said Plat of Leisureville, First Section.
