NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of May, 2026 in Case No. CACE-25-017271 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, in which Garden-Aire Village Sea Haven, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Robert Waldron, Jr., Estate of Robert Waldron, Jr., The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under, or Against Robert Waldron, Jr., and Any Unknown Occupants are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the online foreclosure site www.broward.realforeclose.com to commence at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of June, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
