NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2026, entered in the above captioned case whereby Florida Real Estate Ventures, LLC is the Plaintiff and PD Holdings, LLC, 18555 Collins Avenue Condominium Association, Inc., Costa Air Conditioning, Inc., Unknown Tenant in Possession One and Unknown Tenant in Possession Two, are the Defendants, Juan Fernandez-Barquin, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://miamidade.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am EST on May 26, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
