NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. CACE-25-006937 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A, is Plaintiff and MAURO CORREA, SUNTRUST BANK, N.A., SOUTHPOINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendant(s). The Clerk, Brenda D.
