BUILDING NO. 140, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8110, at Page 627, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to JON A.
