<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated May 4, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025 CA 002468 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and LOUIS SANTIAGO; HEATHER FEY SANTIAGO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants.</p>
