NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. CACE-24-006273 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROSITA TAYLOR; WILLIE TAYLOR; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FAIRCREST 14 MAINTENANCE CORP. INC., are Defendants, Brenda D. Forman, Broward County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 224, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC LAKES UNIT 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDED OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as: 7111 NW 68th Ave, Tamarac, FL 33321
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
