RE-NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Agreed Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale and Directing Clerk to Disburse Deposit Sums to Plaintiff dated May 12, 2026, which was entered in the above styled cause, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 17, 2026, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions, the following described property as set forth is said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 112 of Devon Condominium E according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 17579 at Page 403 in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto, Including the building and appurtenances located thereon and fixtures situated therein.
