NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 1, 2026 in Case No. COCE-25-070098, of the County Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, in which MARIPOSA POINTE AT WESTON TOWN CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, is the Plaintiff and MARGARET B. KEENAN and ROBERT KEENAN are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on MAY 29, 2026, at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit: Unit 2, Building 25, of Mariposa Pointe at Weston Town Center, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 31476, at Page 1629, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto.
