NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 7, 2026 in Civil Case No. 16-2025-CA-002950 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK is Plaintiff and Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against estate of Stanley M Paul, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Jody Phillips, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at

in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of February, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel known as Unit 56, Phase 7, Summer Grove, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 10881, Pages 17 through 182, inclusive of the current public records of Duval County, Florida and any and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto as specified in said Declaration.
