NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 12, 2026, and the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 27, 2025 in Case No. 16-2025-CA-000500 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein NEXUS NOVA LLC is Plaintiff,, and GREGORY LEE TUTTLE and ANNIE TUTTLE are Defendants, the Office of Jody Phillips, Duval County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 A.M. on-line at

on the 18th day of February 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHEAST 60 FEET OF LOT 10 AND ALL OF LOT 11, BLOCK 54, SECTION G SAN JOSE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 62, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
