NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2025 in Civil Case No. 16-2024-CA-002808 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and Alexandra Shima a/k/a Alexandra Noelle Varol a/k/a Alexandra Noelle Shima, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Jody Phillips, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at
