Final Judgment was awarded on January 13, 2026 in Civil Case No. 16-2025-CA-000872, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP L. THOMAS JR A/K/A PHILLIP THOMAS JR; NORTH FLORIDA ANESTHESIA CONSULTANTS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PHILLIP L. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
