PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE On Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, the Fort Lauderdale City Commission will consider applications for a waiver of limitations at a Public Hearing to be held at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312. RHIANNON M. HOLCOMBE, A SINGLE WOMAN AND VINCENT J. CONGINE, A SINGLE MAN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1409 SW 17th STREET, FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA 33315, WHEREBY APPLICANT IS SEEKING A WAIVER OF LIMITATIONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 47-19.3(e) OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ULDR) AND FROM THE LIMITATIONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 47-19.3(c) & (d) OF THE ULDR FOR INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) FINGER PIERS EXTENDING A MAXIMUM DISTANCE OF 566 +/- INTO THE ADJACENT WATERS OF THE SOUTH FORK NEW RIVER. Anyone wishing to speak for or against the proposed requests at the Public Hearing should plan to attend the meeting.
