NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR APPOINTED MEMBERS As authorized under F.S. Section 112.313 (12) CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the same be heard, at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312, the City Commissioners of the City of Fort Lauderdale will consider at a public hearing whether to approve a Waiver of Conflict of Interest as authorized under F.S. Section 112.313 (12) for the following members of the Central City Community Redevelopment Advisory Board: Thomas Manos, Olga Zamora, Kimber White, Nikola Stan, and Shantel Jairam which waiver will allow each or any one of them to Apply for Central City Community Redevelopment Area Non-Residential or Residential Incentives, as applicable, under the Central City Community Redevelopment Plan without resigning from the Advisory Board.
