Public meeting for ordinance amendment on land development regulations.

Please take notice that on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, and on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, located at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ARTICLE VII  NOTICE PROCEDURES, MORE SPECIFICALLY SECTION 47-27.4.  NOTICE FOR SITE PLAN LEVEL I, II, III AND LEVEL IV, CONDITIONAL USE, PLATS, AND AMENDMENTS TO SITE PLAN LEVEL III AND IV, SECTION 47-27.5.  REZONING AND CHANGE IN USES AND SECTION 47-27.6.  VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY; TO MODIFY THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETINGS, AND PROVIDING FOR CORRECTION OF SCRIVENERS ERRORS, SEVERABILITY, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested parties may appear at said meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public in the Office of the City Clerk, 1 East Broward Boulevard, Suite 444, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and also on the Citys website (www.fortlauderdale.gov)

NOTE:  If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
