Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting will be held by the City Council on Tuesday March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0176 (WRF-26-04) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE WAIVER OF MINIMUM REQUIRED ROAD FRONTAGE APPLICATION WRF-26-04, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 4 AT 0 ANNISTON ROAD, BETWEEN FRAISER ROAD AND BEACH BOULEVARD (R.E. NO. 164382-0000), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY TERRY ALAN HANCOCK, REQUESTING TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS FROM 48 FEET TO 30 FEET IN ZONING DISTRICT RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY-60 (RLD-60), AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE WAIVER GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
