Miscellaneous Public Notices RE-NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the City Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0174 (WRF-26-01) Companion 2026-0175 (AD-26-06) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE WAIVER OF MINIMUM REQUIRED ROAD FRONTAGE APPLICATION WRF-26-01, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 8 AT 0 WAGES WAY, SOUTH OF NEW BERLIN ROAD (R.E.
