Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the City Council on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0134 (AD-26-14) Companion 2026-0133 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING ADMINISTRATIVE DEVIATION APPLICATION AD-26-14, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 10 AT 0 SHERRINGTON STREET, BETWEEN CLIFTON STREET AND OLUSTEE STREET (R.E. NO. 048162-0010), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY K3 ADVANTAGES, LLC, REQUESTING TO REDUCE THE SIDE YARD SETBACK FROM TEN (10) FEET TO FIVE (5) FEET, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; ADOPTING RECOMMENDED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE LAND USE AND ZONING COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
