Zoning - Exception NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-211 (E-26-11) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING APPLICATION FOR ZONING EXCEPTION E-26-11 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2 AT 11247 ALTA DRIVE, AT THE CORNER OF FAYE ROAD AND ALTA DRIVE (R.E. NO(S). 108678-0050), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY BEEMER & ASSOCIATES XLIX LLC, REQUESTING THE ALLOWANCE OF RETAIL SALES AND SERVICE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES INCLUDING LIQUOR, BEER, OR WINE FOR ON-PREMISES OR OFF-PREMISES CONSUMPTION OR BOTH, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A RESTAURANT, FOR KAPPUCCINOS BREAKFAST AND SPORTS BAR, IN THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; ADOPTING RECOMMENDED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE LAND USE AND ZONING COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
