Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the City Council on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0175 (AD-26-06) Companion 2026-0174 (WRF-26-01) AN ORDINANCE GRANTING ADMINISTRATIVE DEVIATION APPLICATION AD-26-06, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 8 AT 0 WAGES WAY, SOUTH OF NEW BERLIN ROAD (R.E. NO. 106886-0010), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY MM HOMES OF JAX, LLC, REQUESTING TO REDUCE THE REQUIRED MINIMUM LOT AREA FROM 43,560 SQUARE FEET TO 27,007 SQUARE FEET, IN ZONING DISTRICT RESIDENTIAL RURAL-ACRE (RR-ACRE), AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; ADOPTING RECOMMENDED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE LAND USE AND ZONING COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
