Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the City Council on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0174 (WRF-26-01) Companion 2026-0175 (AD-26-06) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE WAIVER OF MINIMUM REQUIRED ROAD FRONTAGE APPLICATION WRF-26-01, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 8 AT 0 WAGES WAY, SOUTH OF NEW BERLIN ROAD (R.E. NO. 106886-0010), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY AUSTIN RUBASHKA, REQUESTING TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS FROM 80 FEET TO 12 FEET IN ZONING DISTRICT RESIDENTIAL RURAL-ACRE (RR-ACRE), AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE WAIVER GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
