Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the Jacksonville Planning Commission on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward Ball Building, 1st Floor Hearing Room 1002, 214 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 and the following public hearings will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and by the 2nd City Council on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0165 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.30 ACRES LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 4 AT 3010 LEON ROAD, BETWEEN ANNISTON ROAD AND LEON ROAD (R.E. NO. 164128-0010), OWNED BY SHARRON ROSE BERK TRUST, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY-60 (RLD-60) DISTRICT TO INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS PARK (IBP) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE, PURSUANT TO FUTURE LAND USE MAP SERIES SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT APPLICATION NUMBER L 6087 25C; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE REZONING GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
