NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2025 entered in Case No. 502025CA010627XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, wherein PINE RIDGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and FREDDY RENAN TORRES, is the Defendant, Joseph Abruzzo, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 20th day of April, 2026, the
following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 413-B-2 of Pine Ridge IV Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3309, Page 590, and all exhibits and
amendments thereof, Public Records of PALM BEACH County, Florida,

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
