ANNUAL BOARD RETREAT MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of FPHA and the Board of Directors of FPHI will hold their 2026 Board Meetings, including the Annual Board Retreat Meeting. All meetings are open to the public and will be conducted using communications media technology.
FPHA BOARD MEETINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Unless notified otherwise, FPHA Regular Board Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, with the Annual Board Meeting held on the second Wednesday of February. Meetings commence at 4:30 pm and are held at the Housing Authority, 511 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950.

FPHI BOARD MEETINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Unless notified otherwise, FPHI Regular Board Meetings are held quarterly (March, June, September and December) on the second Wednesday of those months, with the Annual Board Meeting held on the second Wednesday of February. Meetings commence immediately following adjournment of FPHA Board Meeting and are held at the Housing Authority, 511 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950.

 Purpose: To discuss and plan for the 2026-2027 fiscal year performance and strategic direction of FPHA and its instrumentality, FPHI.

RECORDING & APPEALS NOTICE
All proceedings before the Boards are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings be made, which record will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. A copy of the tape or minutes of the meeting may be obtained, at the requesters expense, by contacting the office at (772) 461-7281.
